Collections Specialist

The qualified candidate will have strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Must have the ability to professionally communicate with consumers by telephone in an attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
Basic computer skills are required along with the ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
The qualified candidate will have the ability to prioritize and organize work.
Excellent written oral communication skills are required.
The qualified candidate will be licensed as a debt collector which requires a background check.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
