Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant and Scheduler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in answering phones, assisting customers face to face or over the phone, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements.
Duties:
- Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support payroll management activities
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist in preparing financial reports
Requirements:
-Strong communication skills
-Proficiency in scheduling
- Proficiency in accounting principles including debits/credits
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
