Job Summary
Mosaic Technologies is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our finance team.
This position’s main responsibility is working in the billing queue to complete various orders such as new installations, disconnections, and changes.
The Billing Specialist provides billing support to customers and ensures all customers have an outstanding experience.
The ideal candidate will be organized, thorough, and have the ability to pay close attention to detail while prioritizing multiple work assignments.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
Process orders from the billing queue accurately and in a timely manner.
Serve as a back-up for overflow customer billing phone calls.
Process monthly late fees and recurring payments.
Handle past-due accounts and process write-off files.
Provide assistance to the Senior Billing Specialist, Controller and CFRO as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
High school diploma plus a 2-year degree in Accounting or Business preferred
1-3 years of accounting experience related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice generation, and other general accounting tasks
Dependability to the company, co-workers, and customers
Strong communication skills
