This position offers very Flexible schedule for the perfect individual.
The Family of Choice Holdings includes Club’s Choice Fundraising, Choice Transportation, Choice Commercial and Rakk Fuel to handle and assist high-level accounting and will report to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities.
Aid in the operations of the Accounting Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
Ensures accuracy and thoroughness of financial data.
Prepare and interpret financial statements and analyze variances.
Prepare forecasting reports and operating budgets.
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
Manage cash and reconcile bank accounts.
Direct the internal audit functions and compile information for external auditors.
Protects company confidential information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
CPA or MBA a plus.
At least seven years of related accounting experience.
Proficient in Excel
QuickBooks, preferred
Microsoft Dynamics NAV, preferred
Experience as a Controller, preferred
Excellent skills relating to financial tracking, developing budgets and corporate finance
Compensation is based upon skills and experience.
