We are seeking an International Controller to join our Accounting team.
The International Controller will act as a liaison between our corporate headquarters and international operations.
This position will focus on international accounting and transfer pricing documentation.
The International Controller will also work with general accounting functions such as month end close, accrual generation, audit support, consolidations, and tax planning with an international focus.
This position will also present information to department managers and executives.
Major tasks for this position will include setting up reporting methods and working closely with international accounting teams and firms to insure proper statutory reporting and filing.
This position will often act as a liaison with banks, legal support, auditors and government entities.
This position will also support acquisitions and independent operations with detailed accounting involvement including A/R, A/P, and cash management.
This position will require moderate domestic and frequent international travel.

Skills and Abilities Required
English language required; strong preference for additional fluency in Italian and/or Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders
Comfortable creating and presenting financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Ability to analyze financial statement variances to budget and prior year and to present summarized variances
Ability to create department, product line and company budgets including detail margin and overhead budgets
Strong analytic skills
Good presentation skills
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Group Consolidation Accounting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow experience
Transfer Pricing Documentation writing experience and working with Transfer Pricing Experts
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
Master’s degree in Accounting or International Business preferred
Five (5) years Accounting and two (2) year of International Accounting experience required
Certificates, Licenses, Training, or Other Job-Related Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Valid passport and ability to travel outside of the United States
