We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Specialist to join our Financial Services team.
The Accounts Receivable Support Specialist is responsible for performing daily invoice processing for all divisions of the corporation.
They work with the sales and shipping departments to confirm and invoice orders correctly.
The Accounts Receivable Support Specialist assists the organization with accounts receivable functions.
Candidate must be well organized, ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
This position requires a high degree of accuracy.
Core working hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities for this position include the following: Accurately and efficiently Invoicing daily shipments for all locations, drop shipments from vendors, For Billing Only Orders, service school and National Service invoicing which can include updating tax codes and shipping charges.
Online invoicing International invoice processing Complete and return credit references Maintain Excel spreadsheets for specific accounts Process credit memos and adjustments Organize and maintain customer files Ability to work with confidential information General administrative duties including but not limited to copying, scanning, faxing, filing Skills and Abilities Required High degree of accuracy Must be able to prioritize tasks Communicate with other departments as needed Excellent computer skills, including MS Office specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including telephone and e-mail Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish goals Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles Works well independently Ability to work with and contain confidential information Education and Experience Two (2) year certificate in accounting or (2) or more years of equivalent accounting experience RLWS is a successful, energetic, customer-driven organization that offers a state of the art benefits package including a near-site no-cost health center, competitive wages, great working conditions, vacation, sick time, holidays, profit sharing, 401k, and wellness benefit programs.
