*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Responsible for accurate store financials statement
* Weekly reviews GL activity, schedules and balance sheet accounts
* Payroll – weekly, commission and bonus
* Human Resourses
* Process weekly Dealer Statement
* Quarterly Reporting
* Year End Reporting
* Monthly Sales Tax
* Reconcile Bank account daily
* Oversee the daily workings of the office; service daily work, credit card reconciliation, posting invoices, paying bills and disbursing phone calls
* Report new and used sales to Chrysler
* Order all supplies for the Dealership
* Daily deposits
* Manage Floor Plan
* Process New/Used Deals, Dealer Trades, Wholesales
* Dealership Compliance Officer, develop new systems as needed
