Restaurant Management Intern

```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
