PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
* 3+ Years of management in a client support division
* Recent experience in customer service (telephone and/or store setting)
* Administrative assistant experience is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Order processing / batch processing using Microsoft Excel, FTP software, UPS Worldship, and various other software programs.
* Assisting our customers via phone, email, text, etc.

* Investigate package or delivery issues
* Order entry and notes
* Various other activities as they arise
* Duties may change over time
REQUIREMENTS:
* Extremely Fluent / Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
* 50+ WPM typing speed
* Proper spelling / grammar
OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
* Must be able to learn and master several software programs and procedures on an ongoing basis
* Timely and courteous with co-workers, customers and vendors
