We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor.
In this role you will take charge of maintaining the physical environment of an account, training new employees, and following up on inspections to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Establish cleaning standards and procedures for employees and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.
* Conduct weekly facility inspections on current accounts and monitoring cleanliness standards.
* Report any maintenance concerns directly to client/company.
* Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste or misuse.
* Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to know when they are worn out, need maintenance, or replacement.
* Maintain Key program and distribute keys to employees.
* Address customer concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
* Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
* Coach and develop employees.
* Provide any form of assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
* Review with operations team activities, requests, or complaints.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Requirements:* · *Work Experience: *Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience · *Education: *High school degree or GED · *Computer Skills: *Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Office · Must have a valid driver’s license.
*Preferred Skills:* · Excellent communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Must be proactive.
· Excellent decision-making abilities.
· Strong leadership skills.
*Position Type:* This is a full-time hourly position with expected work hours of 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8-hour evening shifts with a rotating weekend schedule.
*Salary will be based on experience.
