Looking to share rent with quiet clean person (no overnight guests) (Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire)

Hi, I'm looking to rent a room in the Chippewa Falls area from someone who has another bedroom in a quiet, clean space.
I'm kind and friendly and from a religious background and looking to live with someone with similar values, including willing to share chores, being respectful of others, and no inappropriate behavior, parties or overnight guests.
The person needs to be committed to no overnight guests.
A pet is okay if they are quiet and kept exceptionally clean.
