Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all retail customers - Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner Experience: - Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred but not required - Familiarity with supply chain management, data entry, procurement management, or auto repair is a plus - Strong negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities We offer competitive pay and benefits for this position.
