Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all retail customers - Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of order management systems - Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and procurement processes is a plus - Mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is beneficial At our dealership, we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
