Capital Motor Company is a fast growing, reputable, highline and luxury automotive dealership which is currently looking to add a full-time, Automotive Service and Parts Specialist role.
This is a very exciting and diverse position with a variety of responsibilities including sourcing and ordering automotive parts, managing dealership owned vehicle repairs and decisions, advising customers on necessary repairs, managing technician schedules, inventorying items, and assisting in the continued growth and development of the business.

Capital Motor Company sells everything from BMW and Mercedes to Maserati and Lamborghini.

Knowledge, experience, or interest in European vehicles as well as general mechanical aptitude are very helpful for this position but are not necessary.
Capital Motor Company is primarily an online-based retail motor vehicle dealership so we hold ourselves to the highest of standards.
A successful specialist MUST be very organized and detail oriented.
You should be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and be able to properly prioritize these tasks.
Excellent communication in both written and verbal are essential to this position.
This position has a flexible full-time work schedule, Monday through Friday 8:00/8:30AM to 5:00/5:30PM.
Compensation for this position will vary depending on your experience and qualifications and starting pay will range from $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
Previous experience is not necessary but knowledge and passion for automobiles is preferred.
Service writers/managers, parts managers, technicians, recent graduates, operations managers, general managers, engineers and other professionals with a passion for automobiles are encouraged to apply!
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess an acceptable driving record.
