$18 STARTING - Stockroom Manager (RETAIL)

Ross Dress for Less *EAU CLAIRE* is looking for a highly motivated Logistics - Stock Room Manager (In Ross speak we call them Stock Room Area Supervisors).

) In this role you will: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of daily trucks and merchandise.
* Coach / Train and Develop Ross processes to optimize stockroom efficiency.
* Supervise and train stockroom staff, providing guidance and support as needed ensuring they meet and/or exceed their daily processing goals.
* Monitor supply levels and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate supplies for stockroom functionality.
* Conduct daily "Stop and Go" audits to ensure accuracy of sizing and security tag placement.
* Assist with employee orientation and training.
* Maintain a neat, clean, organized and *safe* stockroom at all times.
* Maintain accurate team efficiency records, and using that data to develop team to improve daily.
* Report to Assistant Manager of Operations.
Experience: * Proven experience in stockroom management or a similar role.
* Strong time management skills with an emphasis on efficiency and goal achievement.
* Excellent supervisory and team management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems a plus but not required.
