Store Leader

*Store Leader* We're searching for a store leader to lead day to day front of house operations at a new location! Candidates absolutely must play and be passionate about either drums, piano, or guitar.
Duties Include: * Guest Service * Basic Musical Instrument Repair * Gear Demos * Minor Office Duties including but not limited to inventory management and basic reports * General Cleaning * Lead & Mentor a small team Candidates Should: * Have a guest-first mentality * Play A Musical Instrument: Preferably Guitar, Bass, or Percussion * Be organized with a strong attention to detail * Be willing and able to learn and be mentored * Have a minimum of 4+ years in music retail * Have a high school diploma * Have a reliable form of transportation * Strong preference given to people with experience in retail leadership roles as well as some college Pay, Benefits, Schedule * Availability should be Tuesday - Saturday.
