19 / hour Schedule : Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm, with on call hours as required Profit sharing plan Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Annual flexible reimbursement program Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Eau Claire, as the Maintenance Technician : Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment safely, efficiently and in compliance with all plant policies and procedures Perform service, maintain and repair various machines, equipment and buildings Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications Develop procedures for improved knowledge on machine operation, change over and troubleshooting LOTO support Ensure conformance to product specifications by completing all quality checks Operation of various machinery and equipment, including forklifts, hand tools, conveyors, etc.
Use maintenance software (CMMS) to complete work orders, report hours and issue There's no one quite like you! Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths: Journeyman Millwright/Mechanic certificate REQUIRED Extensive work history in manufacturing or industrial environment is ideal Knowledge of maintenance mechanic skills, including, but not limited to: pipe fitting, mechanics, rigging, motors, machinery, vibration analysis, etc.
Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics and electro-mechanical equipment is preferred Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics / blueprints Maintains strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment Ability to work with heights and different powered equipment Mechanical aptitude testing may be requested High school diploma/GED is required Capable of performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments Installation and troubleshooting with various types of machinery PLEASE NOTE: A resume must be included with the application We look forward to meeting you! #revealyourpotential #LifeAtCascades Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
