As a Lead Carpenter at CE Wurzer Builders, you'll be at the forefront of custom building and carpentry projects.
From project inception to completion, you'll guide and train fellow team members while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

Join our elite team and help us create the finest luxury homes in the region! Responsibilities: Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to high-quality standards.
Provide guidance, training, and assistance to team members, including various trades and sub-contractors.
Collaborate with employees, sub-contractors, and customers to ensure project goals are met.
Utilize your expertise in residential home building to handle various tasks, from framing to finish carpentry.
Read and interpret blueprints, execute precise measurements, and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the construction process.
Ability to working on projects such as framing, deck building, installing doors and windows, install cabinets, wainscoting, baseboards, door trim, stair railings, interior doors, and other elements to meet project requirements.
Build custom shelves and storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
Create a safe work environment for the team.
Manage and maintain onsite tools and materials.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years in residential construction.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and executing precise measurements (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation for travel to various job sites.
