*Qualifications:*
* Problem solver
* Enjoys working independently
* Passion for customer service
* Preferably experienced in service work, but not required
* Holds a clean driving record and is capable of passing a drug test
* An engaging and outgoing personality
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to enter crawl space areas for inspection purposes as required
*Duties:*
* Deliver outstanding service to our clientele, ensuring their full satisfaction with our products and services.
* Execute on-site inspections and repairs.
* Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
* Utilize our company software for customer account management and documentation.
* Maintain a tidy and organized work vehicle and equipment.
* Continually enhance knowledge and skills through our company's training programs.
