The Sr.
Human Resources Generalist performs a variety of complex human resources duties, partnering closely with plant operations leadership, in supporting HR processes and projects which align to plant goals and strategies.
The successful incumbent will serve as the point of contact to provide day-to-day guidance to employees and front-line supervisors on talent acquisition, coaching, employee training, and employee relations.
Typically, the Sr.
Human Resources Generalist strategically oversees HR at multiple large facilities, complex operations and/or multi-unit manufacturing facilities.

What Success Looks Like:
Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
Conduct internal investigations that are highly sensitive and complex for desired resolutions.
Assist in developing and implementing various company-wide Human Resources initiatives and projects.
Demonstrate the ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
Oversee effective claims management including the investigation of incidents and completion of required documentation.
Provide training and development resources to facilitate employee growth and development.
Work with leaders to maintain time and attendance, discipline, and personnel records.
Analyze, evaluate, and present data results to relevant managers and advise on changes and/or improvements.
Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset.
Administer company’s substance abuse testing program to support company’s drug free, alcohol-free policies and cultivate safety, health, and wellness.
Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills.
Your Credentials:
5+ years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification(s) preferred.
Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
The targeted salary range for this position is $62,861 to $94,291.
