Lift boom truck non running (Between Eauclaire and eleva)

Man lift boom truck guessing it’s a 1988 I have not had it running I did not get a title with it and the vin tag is missing however there is a vehicle identification and vin sticker in the glove box the boom is both powered off the engine and and a 12 volt pump I haven’t tried either I needed a lift truck but unfortunately I don’t have the time to put the boom on something else or to get this running my loss is your gain $3100 or trade
