*Role Description*
This is a full-time role for a Prep Cook located in Eau Claire, WI.
The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing food and ingredients, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and ensuring that food is delivered on time, up to customer's specifications, and crafted using our style of technique.
*Qualifications*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience working as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred
* Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
* Willingness to learn new skills and help others
Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff, and be focused on delivering high-quality food to customers.
