Job Description:
We are looking for an eager kitchen lead who wants to help grow the business.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of kitchen operations and ability to evaluate current kitchen operations and implement systems as necessary.
The kitchen lead at Club TEN works side by side with the owners and kitchen staff.
Including creating and preparing food, maintaining a clean work environment, health code compliance, Inventory management and creating schedules.
This position guaranteed 40hrs a week November- April.
Summer hours may vary.
Kitchen lead Hours: Thursday-Sunday
Expectations in hours –
Thursday prep/Admin day off shift
* Thursday responsibilities may include: Review upcoming events for food ordering, Prep work, Thursday food inventor/Ordering, leadership meeting.
Fri & Sat on shift PM
* Friday & Saturday Responsibilities: Work on shift, on the line beside the team to ensure the shift is set up for success, leading.
Maintain reasonable ticket times, food quality and staff morale.
Sunday – on shift and admin day
* Sunday responsibilities: Work on shift with the team.
Sunday inventory/ordering, Work on administrative responsibilities as needed.

Job responsibilities
* Work alongside cooks on line and prep lines
* Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
* Assist with hiring new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
* Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
* Creating schedules for all kitchen staff
* Weekly management meeting
