As a Kitchen Manager at The Christine Center, you will oversee various aspects of kitchen management, including menu planning, health department compliance, employee scheduling, cleaning schedules, shopping and inventory management, meal planning, employee management and procedures.
This position also includes some cooking shifts.
*Qualifications:*
* Experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role in food service.
* Cooking experience with vegetarian meals for groups of 25 to 50.
* Knowledge of health department regulations, food safety, and sanitation practices.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
