*Radiology Manager, ARRT* Indianhead Medical Center (IMC) is a 25-bed critical access facility that has been providing quality care to the surrounding communities for over 70 years.
Services include inpatient, outpatient, clinical, surgical, rehabilitation with extensive inpatient and outpatient therapies, and emergency care.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Radiology Manager to join the IMC family and to lead our Radiology Department.
This position offers a competitive total compensation package with a $5,000 sign-on bonus! As the Radiology Manager at IMC, you would oversee the daily operation of the Radiology department, work with other department managers and staff to ensure excellent patient care, as well as provide direct patient care for on-site imaging.
As a part of the management team, the Radiology Manager will continuously work to update department policies and procedures, ensure accurate imaging and excellent patient care is provided by all radiology department team members.
The Radiology Manager will also: · Complete performance evaluations, verify competencies and coach the radiology department team members · Works closely with the nursing staff and providers during emergency care · Professionally represent IMC to all stakeholders · Other duties as assigned by Hospital Administration · The Radiology Manager will be an active team member in the department taking rotating call for emergency room care · The Radiology Manager will work 40 hours per week during clinical hours with some flexibility and take rotating weeknight and weekend/holiday call The Radiology Manager at IMC must: · Be registered with Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (Licensed Radiographer) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists · Two years of experience as a radiographer (ER or Critical Access Hospital setting preferred) * Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills * Have current certification in BLS (or obtain within 6 months of hire) · Maintain required licensure, registration and/or certification as well as continuing education as required · Provide professional and compassionate patient care · Have a strong work ethic with a dependable and trustworthy nature · Have less than a 30 minute commute during on-call time (in-house call room is available at no cost) A Day in the Life at Indianhead Medical Center · Welcoming co-workers who share in a caring and compassionate mind-set · IMC promotes a work/life balance · Enjoy excellent meal options at a low cost for employees · Be a part of serving our communities with a standard of excellence in patient care Why Indianhead Medical Center? · Accredited 25-bed critical access hospital and busy, well respected medical clinic · Newly constructed Emergency Room and Clinic · Wonderful small town community with highly respected schools · Rural location with ample opportunities for all year round outdoor recreation · Excellent healthcare benefits with an employee discount! · 401(k) with match and generous PTO including sick time, vacation time, personal day, birthday and company paid holidays To apply for employment at Indianhead Medical Center, please send your resume to *cdavid@indianheadmedicalcenter.
