Are you ready to take the next step in your career journey? Dove Healthcare is looking for an experienced, registered nurse with strong clinical and mentoring skills to become our next Regional Director of Clinical Services.
This position will support Dove Healthcare's six skilled nursing facilities.
As the facility Regional Director of Clinical Services, you will:
manage and implement best clinical practice strategies,
develop policies / procedures for best clinical and infection prevention practices,
lead the creation and implementation of quality improvement audits / competencies for employees
pursue opportunities for creating / building clinical specialties to support Dove Healthcare's initiatives
coordinate and lead monthly DON meetings,
support the nurse leadership teams throughout Dove Healthcare,
create a formal, in-house system for nurse career ladder,
mentor new nurse leadership personnel, and
serve as interim director of nursing, as needed
Required Qualifications:
graduate from an accredited school of nursing
current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
thorough knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations
comprehensive knowledge of nursing techniques
evidence of leadership, creativity, integrity, and initiative
effective problem solving and communication skills
strong organization skills
travel throughout Wisconsin is required
