As a Structural Project Engineer, your days will be spent: Utilizing your engineering knowledge to complete project tasks under the direction of senior staff Collaborating with colleagues and embracing JT’s values and culture Developing client and stakeholder relationships within the industry Communicating effectively internally and externally Performing quality work within established guidelines Assisting with the development and management of project budgets Interpreting and adhering to internal Quality Control processes To excel from day one, you’ll need: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred) Engineer In Training (EIT) Certification (preferred), working towards obtaining Professional Engineer (PE) License Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, RISA, LEAP Bridge, MDX, and other comparable structural design software Familiarity with WisDOT, AASTHO, ASCE, NDS, AISC, and other structural design codes (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Technical competence to perform project tasks independently? Knowledge of client and internal software required to complete projects A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.
e.
