ALCIVIA is growing and looking to add a full-time Grain Origination Specialist around the Durand, WI area to cover the Durand sales territory.

With this position, you would receive a company vehicle.
Work Location: Must be living within the Durand sales territory (approximately within a 45-minute drive from Durand, WI).
Daily travel is required to cover the Durand sales territory adequately.
Also, this position may need to travel for a quarterly sales meeting and/or any other ALCIVIA related meetings.
There will be no overnight travel unless to attend required meetings and/or events.
Pay Type: Salary with Commission, bi-weekly.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Benefits: Full-time benefit eligibility begins the 1st of the month following date of hire.

ALCIVIA's New Grain Facility in Hager City, WI (estimated projection completion date is 3/2025): Features of the new grain facility will include upright grain storage space for 3.
9 million bushels serviced by two 4,700-bushel per hour grain dryers and three 1,500-bushel capacity dump pits that will move grain at a combined handling speed of 60,000 bushels per hour.

This role involves servicing existing customers, prospecting new customers, working face-to-face with grain producers on the farm, facilitating marketing plans with producer, and helping ALCIVIA meet profitability goals.
Develop customer relationships with grain producers to ensure a service and reliability Correspond with producers by phone calls and on farm visits Communicate price and market fundamentals while conducting the procurement of grain Interact across business unites to identify cross-selling opportunities within ALCIVIA’s portfolio to benefit the producer Able to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Utilize Salesforce to document activities and opportunities Knowledge of systems to assist in ALCIVIAs continues technology advancement Other duties as assigned Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture related field is required Demonstrated knowledge of grain markets and logistics Ability to communicate within all levels of an organization Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiating skills Strong listening, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and computer skills Sales and service focused mindset Motivated to always exceed customer expectations Ability to identify objective and recommend the best solutions Possess a strong set of core values, beliefs, and integrity Safety first mindset Find your place in a positive, supportive atmosphere where opportunity is always growing, with a team that believes in its mission.
