NorthLakes Community Clinic is a federally qualified health center that has 19 clinics and sites across northern Wisconsin.
We go into unserved or underserved communities to ensure patients have access to an integrated array of healthcare services including medical, dental, chiropractic, optometry, behavioral health, and allied health services.

Join our HR Team to help make a difference! This Recruiter will work in partnership with our Sr.
Recruiter and Recruitment Assistant, joining a team of 6 HR professionals.
This role manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical staff vacancies supporting the mission and vision of the organization.
The Recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for job openings and successfully manages the onboarding process in compliance with all employment requirements and regulations.
S/he functions as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding experience.
The Recruiter essential job duties include but are not limited to: Develops proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent to fill current vacancies.
Leads intake meetings with management to identify position needs and recruitment strategy, including job specifications, duties, qualifications and skills.
Establishes strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Creates job postings and advertising initiatives in compliance with EEO and employment regs.
Partners with managers to develop and review new job descriptions prior to HR Director approval.
Sources passive candidates through multiple channels to create a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
Uses various talent acquisition channels to attract talent for openings such as digital recruitment, social media, internet hiring platforms/ searches, job boards, schools, job fairs, and association sites.
Screens candidates for qualifications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Makes recommendations to hiring manager for interview and schedules interviews accordingly.
Knowledgeable as to State and Federal employment law and regulations related to hiring.
Ability to handle high volume recruiting of 25+ requisitions at one time.
Performs all onboarding functions for new hires including background and reference checks, license verification, etc within Paylocity and other online systems.
Responsible for tracking and reporting recruitment-related metrics such as turnover, time to fill, etc.
Develops and maintains networking opportunities through schools, alumni groups, social media, local boards, and State organizations such as WPCHA, WisHHRA, etc.
Stays abreast and recommends current talent acquisition sourcing tools, techniques and industry trends Adapts quickly to changing priorities in hiring needs and leads strategy appropriately.
Develops and leads recruitment programs and training for hiring managers.
Manages the Employee Referral Program and tracks payments and outcomes.
Proactively manages recruitment-related bonus payments as needed (sign on, relocation, etc) Creates recruitment materials with Marketing to include brochures, flyers, and ads.
Prepares salary quote and extends offers to applicants in a timely manner.
Plans, organizes and conducts New Employee Orientation program.
Works with management to develop and implement tools to support successful onboarding, orientation and on-the-job training.
Travels to site locations as needed.
Works with the Human Resources team and Payroll on new employee set up within internal systems.
May work with external agencies or law firm as to immigration processes, such as H1B.
Coordinates travel and lodging for out-of-town candidates.
May support coordination of internal student programs.
May participate in employee engagement initiatives and exit interview support as needed.
Requirements: Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
Prior recruitment experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources, management, or recruitment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn and other digital recruitment systems preferred.
PHR certification or Talent Acquisition credentials preferred.
