ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provide Maintenance Supervisors/Facilities Managers with project and work order updates
* Maintain schedule and perform interior and exterior repairs of buildings including painting, carpentry, and drywall
* Paint and caulk surfaces including but not limited to walls, ceilings, floors and trim
* Determine materials and labor estimates
* Safely erect and work on scaffolding/staging and ladders
* Replace hardware, electrical fixtures and appliances as required
* Maintain accurate records of all parts necessary for the completion of building maintenance, repairs and work orders
* Maintain accurate records of all parts, supplies and materials ordered and used in projects, work orders and other tasks
* Participate in updating and maintaining inventories for materials, supplies, tools, and equipment
* Perform routine facilities duties, including but not limited to maintenance and technical tasks, operations, maintenance on call rotation
