This is a full time position 40/hours a week, but we will also consider candidates looking flexible schedule of 30-40 hours a week, part-time, or PRN.
Work hand and hand with the following support:
· Education Director - Supports clinics with educational opportunities, CEU courses, CI opportunities, and mentorships.
· Front Office Coordinator - Manages the front desk, patient appointments, new patient registration.
· Technician-Aides - Assists the therapist with patient care or patient related needs under supervision.
· Corporate Billing Department - Manages all patient insurance verifications, and patient billing.
· Marketing Department - Creates marketing materials to support the clinic, manages the corporate social media presence and advertising.
· Business Development Team – Helps drive and manage referrals to the clinic.

We are looking for a physical therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence- based practice and literature supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.
*Physical Therapist Responsibilities*
* Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards
* Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings.
* Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success.
* Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to):
* Develop short and long-term goals for patients
* Implement plan of care
* Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.
* Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.
* Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy.
* Plan and execute discharge of patient
* Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc.
* Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc.
