Gundersen Tri-County is seeking a *Supervisor, Resident Experience at Gundersen Tri-County Sunrise Senior Living.
* Located next to the hospital and clinics, Sunrise Senior living provides a home-like atmosphere for community members needing assistance with activities of daily living.
*What you will do:*
* 0.
5 FTE= 20 hours/week
* Day shift, availability after hours for staff questions
* Work as a CNA providing direct patient care as needed
* Provide supervision and training to employees as needed.
* Participate in departmental budget process, shift scheduling, and resident experience programming
* Assist in development and implementation of nursing-based services provided

* High School Diploma
* Registered Certified Nursing Assistant – Wisconsin
* 2 years of CNA experience
